Colorado Humanities, the Social Studies Department of Denver Public Schools, and the Colorado Historical Society announces Writing Biographies for Young People, a fall teacher institute for elementary school teachers and media specialists, specifically those with an interest in the Colorado Humanities Young Chautauqua Living History program. This institute is open to all DPS elementary school teachers/media specialists who want to learn how to research and write historical biographies for students in the elementary grades, specifically for Colorado History (Unit 2).
