Please fill out this Intent to Apply form - for Small and Large Grants only. You will be contacted by CH program staff regarding submission of a proposal.

The purpose of this form is to indicate to Colorado Humanities that you are intending to submit a grant application at one of the set deadlines. Please submit this form as soon as possible - at least four weeks prior to the application deadline. This form places you in touch with the Colorado Humanities staff and facilitates follow-up.
