Tickets
Copies of finalist books will be available for purchase and signing by the authors in attendance at the bookstore before and after the event.
Seating & Reservations
The event will be set with round tables. You may reserve a table only with a group reservation. If you've made a group reservation, you will be provided your table seating upon checking in. Please sit at your designated table, as there are group reservations with folks who have planned to sit together. To make a group table reservation (maximum of 8) please call 303-894-7951 x10.
Food & Beverage
Complimentary appetizers and wine will be passed during the Reception Celebration that follows the Awards presentation. A full bar will be open and available at the Aspen Meadows Resort Check-In both before and after the event as well.
What to Wear
It's a party to celebrate brilliance. We suggest simple cocktail attire, as it's the afternoon. Slacks and shirts or sport coats and jeans will work just fine for the guys.

FROM DENVER
Aspen is 220 miles or four hours from Denver. From Denver get on I-70 west to Glenwood Springs, connecting to Highway 82, at exit #116, to Aspen. Another scenic route from Denver takes approximately 3 1/2 hours via I-70 west to Highway 24 south, then west onto Highway 82 over Independence Pass (open only during the warm weather months, typically May 31 to Oct. 31st) into Aspen.
FROM DOWNTOWN ASPEN
Turn left on Main Street/Hwy 82 Follow Main to 7th street., turn right Take 7th to a 'T' intersection with North Street, turn left Follow this road into the Aspen Meadows.
Parking is provided at Aspen Meadows Health & Fitness Center (under the tennis courts) as you're driving into the resort. Look for a small sign indicating Visitor Parking on your right as you're heading toward the resort. It's a short walk (5 to 7 minutes) from the parking garage to the Doerr-Hosier Center.
Upon exiting the parking garage on foot, head down the road toward the resort check-in building (which will be on your left - a meditation park is to your right), stay on the road, go past the resort check-in building down the small hill. The Doerr-Hosier is just to the left at the bottom of the incline. It's the building with the "Stone River" sculpture in the front.
Taking a Shuttle to the Doerr-Hosier
A free Aspen Meadows Shuttle is available. It leaves every 30 minutes from the Aspen Bus Terminal.
